These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bt221 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the bt221 website at bt221.net, or using any product or service offered by bt221 — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and wallet management — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where any promotional offer or specific product feature is subject to additional rules, those additional rules are supplementary to — and form part of — these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, the supplementary rules will prevail in respect of the specific promotion or product to which they apply.

bt221 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the bt221 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older. bt221 operates a strict 18+ policy across all products and services. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not using the platform in a professional, commercial, or organised capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of bt221 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent self-exclusion order on bt221 or a related platform.
• You are not depositing or wagering funds on behalf of another person.

bt221 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time to confirm eligibility. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity during registration will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds forfeited. bt221 may report such cases to relevant authorities where legally required.

Account security responsibilities include:

• Keeping your bt221 Login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your login details with any third party, including family members.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Using a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online platforms.
• Notifying bt221 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

bt221 will never contact you to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or any other sensitive credential via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from bt221 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

bt221 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or your failure to log out from a shared device.

bt221 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following supported mobile financial services (MFS):

By making a deposit on bt221, you confirm that you are the authorised account holder of the MFS account used for the transaction, and that the funds being deposited are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent source. bt221 reserves the right to request proof of funds at any stage of the withdrawal process.

Key conditions governing deposits and withdrawals on bt221 include:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Wallet section of your account.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same MFS account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bt221 support team following identity verification.

All bets placed on bt221's sportsbook are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may apply to individual events:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to the player. bt221 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
• Odds: Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. bt221 may update live betting odds at any time during an event. In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and market suspension rules.
• Voided bets: bt221 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event abandonment, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match-fixing. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
• Palpable errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error, bt221 reserves the right to void or correct the bet at the correct odds, notifying the affected player accordingly.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply across all sports. Current limits are available in the bt221 betting rules documentation accessible via the support team.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that ensure fairness and unpredictability across all game rounds. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is set by the game provider and disclosed within the individual game's information panel.

Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers via high-definition video stream. The outcomes of live casino games are governed by the standard rules of the respective game type (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) as applied by the game provider — Evolution Gaming or Ezugi. bt221 does not control the dealing or outcome of live casino games and is not responsible for technical failures originating from the game provider's infrastructure.

bt221 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and free bet incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slot games, live casino tables, and crash games may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events — including BPL cricket tournament offers, Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh specials, and Independence Day promotions — are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of the offer. These promotions are available exclusively in BDT and to players registered with a valid Bangladesh-linked MFS account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bt221. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or using more than one bt221 account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, or providing falsified documents during the verification process.
• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access bt221 as a person under the age of 18, or facilitating access for an underage person.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated system to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports market available on the platform.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, odds discrepancies, or bonus structures in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Money laundering: Using bt221 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform as a mechanism to obfuscate the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent deposit chargebacks or reversals through your MFS provider after having used the deposited funds on the platform.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, alter, or disrupt bt221's systems, servers, databases, or platform infrastructure in any unauthorised manner.
• Sharing account access: Allowing any third party to access or operate your bt221 account on your behalf.

bt221 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• A formal self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A third-party responsible gaming referral or court order requiring account closure.
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined by bt221's dormant account policy.

Player-initiated closure: Any player who wishes to close their bt221 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bt221 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawals to the registered MFS account and deactivate the account within 48 hours. Players who have an active self-exclusion in place are not permitted to open a new account until the exclusion period has formally expired.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bt221 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with bt221's dormant funds policy, available on request from [email protected].

Funds on suspended accounts: Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of bt221's internal investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bt221 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance. If no breach is confirmed, eligible funds will be returned to the registered MFS account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt221 excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for the following categories of loss or damage:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the bt221 platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data, including betting history, account balance records, or personal information resulting from technical failures outside bt221's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from temporary or prolonged platform downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including but not limited to MFS payment providers, game streaming providers, or internet service providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that contains errors or is not updated in real time due to data feed latency.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of bt221, even if bt221 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bt221's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of bets or deposits placed by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bt221's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bt221's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bt221 operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. bt221 makes no warranty that access to or use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting may be restricted or regulated.

bt221 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendment will be communicated to registered players via an on-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the bt221 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of bt221 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by bt221.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bt221 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
